<![CDATA[Amina Wadud is a Muslim woman who is also a feminist. Her work on women in the Qur'an is set within a historical framework relating to the struggle of African-American women for gender equality. Amina Wadud's research aims to establish specific criteria to analyze the extent to which women's position in Muslim culture accurately reflects the meaning of Islam for women in life in society. Furthermore, the specific objective is to reveal the ability to adapt the worldview of the Qur'an to issues and the world of women according to the modern context. Amina Wadud uses the tauhid interpretation method in interpreting the Qur'an. The approach to reading tauhid as a hermeneutics in which each verse is evaluated in this study: 1) viewed from the context; 2) in the context of the discussion of the Qur'an on the same topic; 3) from the language as well as using the same grammatical structure used elsewhere in the Qur'an; 4) from the principles of the Qur'an which reject it; 5) from the context of the Weltanschauung of the Qur'an, or its world view. Amina Wadud argues, "gender equality does not mean the same". He admits that men and women have significant differences. According to him, "equality means that men and women have the same rights and obligations in terms of religious ethics, and have the same responsibilities in terms of social functions".]]>

<![CDATA[Religious moderation was used as the object of research because they wanted to know the concept of religious moderation of each religious figure based on their respective holy books. This research is a qualitative research, using a love theory approach. it means that the perspectives of various religious figures see other creatures as part of themselves, one family even though they are different. The results of this study indicate that the concept of religious moderation in each religion is essentially based on the concept of compassion for others taught by their respective religions. This means respecting differences in beliefs, differences in how to approach God are not the focus of attention, but it is the basic humanity that causes them to respect each other among fellow creatures. Different humans are a destiny of God but they are like one family so they must love each other, love each other. The conclusion of this study is that Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity have the principle of religious moderation based on their respective holy books. Each of their religious teachings teaches to love God's fellow creatures even though they are different, including different religions]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Educational style that tends to be formalistic and only concerned with academic achievement, it is necessary to balance the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. With a research literature approach, it is found that the concept of education in the book of ta'lim muta'allim is actually a building of the concept of character education, which in the book covers at least three aspects, including character education to Allah, to fellow creatures and to oneself. This concept is in line with the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains, where all three must be carried out in a balanced manner.]]>

<![CDATA[This study describes the concept of sakinah family arrangement from the fiqh of munakahat perspective. In a sakinah household, it takes a partner who understands the duties, rights and obligations. This research is a literature study that uses documentation techniques to collect research data. While the analysis technique used is descriptive. After conducting an in-depth research study, it was concluded that the arrangement of the sakinah family in the perspective of fiqh munakahat has several principles, including the principle of freedom in choosing a partner, the principle of mawaddah wa rahmah (love and affection), the principle of complementing and protecting each other, and the principle of mu'asyarah bi al-ma'ruf. While the indicators of a sakinah family include the emergence of mutual understanding, mutual love, acceptance, respect and love between people who live in a family based on responsibility. It basically can create an atmosphere of harmony and harmony in a household.]]>

<![CDATA[This study comprehensively describes taxpayer law's legality in Islam, its principles and its benefits. This research is a literature study with a normative juridical approach. The data collection technique used in this research is the documentation technique. At the same time, the analysis technique used in this research is descriptive. The primary data in this study are online scientific journals and books directly related to the object being researched, namely online scientific journals or books related to taxpayers: principles, benefits and legality in Islamic law. From this research, it can be concluded that tax legality in Islamic law is permissible. The legal basis of this tax law is based on the Qur'an, al-Hadith and the opinions of the scholars. Taxes are allowed but with due regard to certain conditions; namely, they must be fair, equitable and not burden the people. In comparison, the principles of tax collection include the principle of territory, the principle of nationality, the principle of sources, and the principle of equality. Tax benefits include helping economic growth, providing sources of revenue for state financing, providing employment, distribution of wealth and income and increasing savings by limiting the consumption of unnecessary goods that have no use and are only ceremonial.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to comprehensively describe the problems of unregistered marriages (sirri marriages) and their legal solutions. This study is a literature study that explains in detail the issues of unregistered marriages (sirri marriages) and their legal solutions. The data collection technique used in this research is the documentation technique. While the analysis technique used in this research is descriptive. After conducting in-depth research, an important conclusion was found that unregistered or unregistered marriages are events that still occur in society in the modern era as it is today. There are many factors that cause people not to register/register their marriage to the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), including because they think that marriage is a personal matter so that the state does not need to interfere, they are worried that their pension money will be lost when registering their marriage, the marriage is carried out in minors, due to pregnancy out of wedlock. Unregistered marriages have negative impacts, including; The marriage does not have legal power and certainty, so it is difficult to claim his rights in the event of a divorce, and difficult in matters related to state administration, such as making a marriage certificate and others. Meanwhile, the positive impact is that a registered marriage can provide protection to the family and legal certainty. The role of the government to resolve cases of unregistered marriages is to carry out marriage istbat in an integrated and programmed manner for free.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: One of the Government's strategic policies in suppressing and stopping the transmission of COVID-19 is to take the vaccination movement seriously. Even though the vaccination program has positive goals, while people are hesitant and even refuse to use vaccines because they are considered illegal and dangerous. Responding to this friction, this is where the importance of the MUI fatwa in socializing that vaccination is very urgent and permissible to do. There are no serious objections to vaccination in Medan City; even the majority of Medan Muslims claim that the MUI fatwa is beneficial. This article includes field research with a qualitative approach. The methodology used is an interpretive study of legal sociology by conducting interviews and reviewing documents related to the MUI fatwa regarding the COVID-19 vaccination. The results conclude that; the Medan City MUI fatwa has been well received by the public and deemed necessary. Second, the effectiveness of the Sinovac halal vaccine has been tested and is of good quality and is allowed to be used. <![CDATA[This study aims to comprehensively analyze philological approach perspectives of Edwar Djamaris and Charles J. Adams, how the history of the development manuscript studies and philological science, and how the implementation of philological approaches in Islamic studies. The type of research used is literature review through data collection techniques by searching for sources from books or articles that researchers analyze descriptively analytically. The results showed that the proximity philology according to Edwar Djamaris in terms of concept or term is almost the same as described by Charles J. Adams, except that in his review it can be said to be slightly different. Edwar Djamaris is more about philology that is literary in nature or ancestral heritage, while Charles J. Adams is more about texts containing Islamic teachings. The historical development of manuscript studies and philological science is divided into five periods: the Iskandariah, Roman, Renaissance, Middle Eastern, and Indian Schools. The application of the philological approach in Islamic studies is found in the interpretation sources of Islamic law, as the researcher explained regarding the interpretation of the Quran Surat Lukman: 17 and implementation in terms of the relationship between philological studies and Islamic studies rahmatan lil'alamin.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the branding image management strategy in MI Tarbiyatul Islam probolinggo district and the effectiveness of branding image management strategies in the era of society 5.0. This is qualitative research with the type of case study conducted at MI Tarbiyatul Islam in the city of Probolinggo. Sources of informants in this study were principals, curriculum, public relations, teachers, staff, and students. Then to select and determine the informants in this study, the researchers used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used content/document analysis techniques, in-depth interviews, and events/observations. The method used to check the validity of the data is the triangulation method. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive model analysis. The stages in analyzing the data in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results in this study indicate that first, MI Tarbiyatul Islam applies a branding image management strategy to increase the competitiveness of madrasas in the era of society 5.0. Second, the branding image management strategy is done by; Branding management strategy planning in the period of society 5.0, Branding Image Management Strategy, Result Branding Image, and Continuous Improvement. The implications obtained by carrying out a branding image management strategy can increase public trust in choosing Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Islam institutions]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the Islamic economy and financial institutions in Indonesia appears to be showing significant progress, one of which is Baitul Maal Wal Tamwil (BMT) NU Bungatan Situbondo Branch. This institution has an important role because it can help and fulfill the wishes of some people, especially Muslims who want the services of Islamic financial institutions to manage their economy in accordance with Shari'a. But behind that, there are inhibiting factors as well as supporting factors that have made BMT NU able to survive amidst the many financial institutions that exist today. To collect the data, the researcher used several methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation, then the data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Based on this research, it can be concluded that there are several determinant aspects for customers in choosing financing products, one of which is customer satisfaction and trust. The development of a product is very much based on the trust of customers when the payment of installments increases sharply, indirectly the fear of consumers has haunted the large installments paid per month. Consumers or customers will pay attention to the quality of a bank, especially from the services and products offered. This motivates customers to use it carefully so as to create a sense of satisfaction for customers.]]>
